brought us to Groningen's Trefkoel last Friday.
the Lepel Collective's livingroom concert
drew quite a crowd. a fine crowd above all.
next stop: Utrecht.

doing a livingroom concert for the Lepel Collective.
Shuriken and Bosmos are also on the bill.

despite symptoms of flu and lack of a proper soundcheck,
we definitely had a great time -
opening for Clara Clara in Merleyn last weekend.

the netherlands thank the people at PAN and 3VOOR12
for inviting us to their clubnight: we´ll meet again.

among the best dutch indie songs of 2009.
reaching the 13th spot in a top 100 list, is not bad at all.

that's nice... some very flattering words by Luc Mast.

"Ik ben blij dat we in Nederland een band hebben die geen muzikale richting heeft. Ons land barst van de metalbandjes die met een moeilijk gezicht Dream Theater staan na te doen, aan Arctic Monkeys-klonen ook geen gebrek, Nirvana-coverbands: genoeg, Beatleske popbandjes zijn er ook en jochies die The Who nadoen zien we ook regelmatig. Maar waar zijn de Nederlandse bands die elektronica met akoestische instrumenten durven combineren? Die mooie liedjes kunnen schrijven en zich bezighouden met spannende producties? Bands die naar krautrock, psychedelica, nu-jazz en elektronica luisteren en met die invloeden ook iets daadwerkelijks interessants willen doen: Waar zijn ze?"
